We are excited to announce that Elijah Rosenberg (Eli) has joined the staff of Vintage Hills at Prairie Trail as our new Executive Chef. Eli was born in Colorado but moved to Texas as a child. He has been living in Iowa for the past 13 years. Eli graduated with a degree in culinary arts from the Iowa Culinary Institute at DMACC and is also a certified Dietary Manager. He has many years of experience in dietary healthcare and has been an Executive Chef for the past 5 years.
Eli keeps very busy when he’s not cooking for the residents here at Vintage Hills. With four young kids at home, ages 6, 4, 3 and 1 he is always chasing kids around and going to their various activities. Eli also enjoys watching football and spending time with his family. We will be hosting a “Meet the Chef Fish Fry” on March 3rd. Stay tuned for more details as the event approaches!
